This Rancho Palos Verdes project is a remodel and addition.  The goal of the project is to update the home with minimal impact to the existing structure.  There is a dining area off the kitchen and main living areas which opens onto a small patio courtyard.  The french doors and large expanses of window allow for an indoor/outdoor feel.  The new master bedroom feels more remote from the rest of the home.  It is also updated and more luxurious with more space, a walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom.
