BLANKSPACES
Designed and built a series of coworking spaces from an empty shell for BLANKSPACES, one of the oldest coworking brands in the US.
The Situation
Design aspirational, flexible workspaces for coworking communities that would attract entrepreneurs and freelancers to pay to share spaces.
What We Did
We employed a range of furniture and tenant improvements to yield space utilization that were 3-5 times more efficient than typical office spaces because coworking is the 2-3% of office spaces that have to efficiently generate revenue primarily from the square footage
The Outcome
BLANKSPACES often obtained planning and building permits for tenant improvement scope and/or generate revenue early as build-out occurred in phases
