Instill aspirational, productive workplace elements while retaining creative, raw building bones and minimizing expenses
What We Did
We utilized a mix of high-end commercial office brands with mid-market consumer furniture to achieve a casually professional vibe. We minimized tenant improvements.
The Outcome
We remained within budget and the start-up later got successfully acquired.
